Dear Jobcoaches and Jobtourists,
Four years after starting Jobtourist.net, we founders are taking stock of our project. During this time:
- We met professionals with a lot of passion for their craft
- We had the pleasure of reading many enthusiastic reviews from Jobtourists
- We saw some people make new career plans as a result of their Jobtour experience
- And we helped fulfill some childhood dreams
It was a good experience and so we are a bit sad to inform you that we have decided to remove our platform on August 31st, 2014. On that date, any agreements between the Jobtourist.net Association and Jobcoaches will be nullified. Your profiles will remain active until September 30th, 2014 so that you can still manage any pending requests and exchange contact details with any interested Jobtourists in order to communicate with them outside the platform.
While our experience with Jobtourist.net has been a good one, we can no longer provide the attention and care which the platform requires. We have searched for someone to take over and manage the Jobtourist.net platform, but did not find anyone in whose hands we felt comfortable enough to place our project. So we have decided it's best to end the project altogether.
